How important is it to run backround checks on dates?
After reading the she said side of this topic I have reevaluated my position. The previous editorial I wrote was written out of some bitterness, I suppose. For those readers who did not read it, I
whole-heartedly FOR it. But she is right. Doing so indicates a lack of trust and not letting people prove themselves. And that is what relationships are all about. Building and developing trust. When you jump the gun, you shoot yourself in the foot.
These pieces are written to provide a convincing argument. She has done so for me. The links will remain on the dating page for those who wish to use them. But I, for one, will not run checks on anyone. I guess I should hone my people reading skills rather than rely on technology.
